Ultratech Tool & Design, Inc.’s new Dexco® heavy duty wide span tool & die racks industrial storage system from Ross Technology includes solid shelving, allowing vertical storage rated up to 40,000 pounds per shelf.

JACQUET took advantage of an opportunity to optimize their inventory management when they opened a new North American headquarters in Limerick, Pennsylvania. The company had over 200,000 lbs. of unmanaged bar stock that required storage solutions and Ross Technology assisted throughout the project.

Dealing with storage constraints and inventory damage are common problems facing many industrial companies. To overcome these challenges, Phoenix Metals determined that placing the coils in vertical rack systems could resolve the storage and damage issues.

Safely storing and accessing extremely heavy metal coils can pose a real challenge. Moving into a new 140,000 square foot facility, NHI wanted to take advantage of the vertical space their new building provided.
